The configuration is simple and intuitive. You can customize the We4IT GroupCalendar according to your requirements. By individual setting of access rights the employee only sees what he is supposed to see and to work on. Private appointments are displayed as “Private”. The central administration of the individual group calendars and the associated members is easy and fast. Later changes are immediately visible. Changes to the mail template are not necessary.
